  • Rockwell International:
    Flow Meter Test Facility, this project was to automate the testing process of the flow meters manufactured at the Texarkana, Arkansas Facility.
  • Stone Container:
    This project was automating the discharge conveyors and banding machines for slip sheets prior to being shipped. The control system was Allen-Bradley with full redundant processor for backup, the plc controlled 20 feed conveyors, 2 Signode banding machines and 10 discharge conveyors.
  • Rudy’s Farm:
    Projects included Visual inspection of product, automatic assembly of products and PLC cooker controls. The visual inspection for biscuits project was to inspect the biscuits at a rate of 1000 /min the overall accuracy of the system was 98.6%. The automatic assembly of products included fully assembling the sausage and biscuits and mini hotdogs. The PLC cooker included replacing an obsolete relay panel with a GE PLC that included detecting stack fires and automatic sprinkler and steam system to extinguish any fires that were in the exhaust stacks.
  • A.O. Smith Inland:
    Projects included Precision cutoff saws and automated parts testers. The precision cutoff saw had automatic pipe indexers and the accuracy of the final cuts was .002 of an inch. The automatic parts tester was to automatically test the molded 90 deg 45 deg and Tee fittings that were manufactured at the Little Rock, Arkansas facility.
  • University of Mississippi:
    Upgraded the boiler controls for HVAC units that control the heating to living quarters in 45 Boiler rooms located through out the University.
  • Macmillan Bloedel Containers:
    This project included automated the discharge section of the corrugator’s line the continuous feed stock was slit into various lengths then was counted and automatically stacked into the predetermined counts per pallet.
  • ConAgra:
    Projects included ammonia refrigeration systems for controlling 2 continuous belt freezers and purging the oil off of 16 ammonia compressors the ammonia-oil was then separated by using a stripping process and the ammonia off gas was then recycled back into the system.
  • International Paper Company:
    This project included automating a wood chip classifying machine that would sort a sample of wood chips and print a report on the total quality and percentage of type of wood chips within the sample.
  • Nelson Brothers:
    This project was to install a new 1 mile long pipe line to deliver product to one of its blending facilities.
  • Cherokee Nitrogen:
    Projects include upgrading a Urea plant DCS system to replace an obsolete Diogenes control system and include functions such as conversion efficiencies, steam usage and cost, production, and inventory control.
    Other projects include maintaining AutoCAD drawings for process safety, servicing and support of 2 file servers, 26 desktops, 2 laptops, 6 control computers and 16 printers.
